Welcome to Bristol! Get to know the city and meet other students from all over the world at our friendly welcome events!
This year our welcome events will be running from Tuesday 3 September to Friday 18 October, so don’t worry if you miss the activities during welcome week. After this period there will be plenty of other opportunities to make friends and familiarise yourself with the campus and city. Here are some of the events we will be offering:
- Get to know your way around the city with our Orientation Tours.
- Join us for a picnic in the Lounge and make new friends.
- Familiarise yourself with the University at one of our student-led Campus Tours.
- Work with other students to explore Bristol’s hidden gems on a Treasure Hunt.
- Join our Language Café taster to try out a new language or brush up on your English skills.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy, and we can’t wait to see you there! Events are free and open to all home and international students. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register when bookings open a week before the event date.
