Oxford is home to one of the world’s most famous universities and this day trip will offer you a broad introduction to the city, and university.
We’ll set off on a walking tour, led by professional Blue Badge Guides Brian and Shelagh, who will introduce us to many historical landmarks in the city, and invite us to visit a college. You’ll have free time in the afternoon, in which you’ll get the chance to explore Oxford further (and perhaps treat yourself to lunch or an afternoon tea in one of the many special eateries, or, discover the city’s links to the Harry Potter films)!

Crowned by Windsor Castle and linked by the River Thames, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has a rich mix of history, culture, heritage and fun!
During our day trip, you’ll have the chance to walk around Windsor Castle – the place the Queen currently calls home! You’ll also get the opportunity to explore Windsor for yourself and find out the many things that the town has to offer.

Enjoy a day trip with the Global Lounge and explore the World Heritage sites of Stonehenge and Bath!
The first stop on our day trip will be Stonehenge, the best-known prehistoric monument in Europe, built around 3000BC. Uncover the story of Stonehenge, visit the world-class exhibition, and walk amongst the Neolithic houses to discover how ancient Britons lived.
After lunch, we travel on to the elegant city of Bath and its famous Roman Baths. Immerse yourself in history and explore the ancient champers and sacred springs of this extraordinary site. We’ll end the day with some free time to further discover some contemporary culture, amazing coffee shops, green spaces, and other surprises that Bath has to offer.
