Managing exam stress drop-in

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Student Wellbeing Service is running a drop-in session here at the Global Lounge, focused on managing stress during exam season.


Tea cup and biscuitsIf you are taking exams this year why not come along and join us in the Lounge for free tea, biscuits and an informal chat?

During the drop-in we will:

  • discuss typical responses to exam stress
  • identify coping techniques to help you manage challenging feelings
  • look at ways of improving your self-care.

All students are welcome, including undergraduates, postgraduates, home and international students.

This is a free drop-in session, you do not need to book in advance, just come along and say hello.
