DIY Patch Making Workshop
Friday 25 February at 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
AMPS’s DIY workshop returns. Join us in the Global Lounge to learn the basics of clothes customisation and inject some drip into your wardrobe completely free of charge.
These sessions are for all skill levels – no prior experience required – and cover a range of techniques from stencilling to embroidery to fabric painting. We provide you guys with materials (fabrics, paints etc.) and booklets with some guides and ideas to get you started, but we also encourage attendees to bring their own projects if they have something specific in mind.
As always, we also provide tunes to “inspire your creative spirit” as well as free tea and coffee, courtesy of the Global Lounge. If you’re looking to learn something new, marginally decrease your carbon footprint and have some fun – look no further than DIY Patches!
The Global Lounge is located on the first floor of Senate House and is fully accessible.
A detailed access guide to Senate House is available on the AccessAble website.
